Everyone’s talking about Exhibit 12.1, the video shown inside the courtroom but not on the public livestream.
After the hearing, Benny Johnson, Brandon Tatum, and Jack Posobiec described it as “high definition,” “zoomed in,” and “crystal clear.”
So I went back to the court transcripts to see how Exhibit 12.1 was actually described.
One thing I’m still trying to understand: If the court described Exhibit 12.1 and Exhibit 12.4 as the same underlying surveillance footage, with 12.1 including enhancements such as zooming, timestamps, and highlights, what made Exhibit 12.1 seem so different to those who saw it in court?
